My favorite was the Pigeon Supreme from Brittany. The heart of the breast was roasted to plump perfection and served with a tonka bean sauce that added sweet, nutty flavor.
Yet it’s the Fassone Veal Tenderloin that stole the show—sous-vide to rosy perfection … I think compared to the hong kong one, it seems that the Macau branch is even more affordable without compromising on the quality. Definitely an outlet that you can’t miss.
