It’s divine. Crunchy and a bit sour from the crème fraîche and lemon juice.
@ceres.nyc has been the hot topic in the NYC pizza community since debuting off Mott St this year. … Verdict: It’s a good pizza. Hard to say *best* in NYC given personal preferences and so many other creative options, but definitely top 10, top 5? … Unfortunately cannot justify the wait.
