I love Mariscos El Submarino. My best friend and sous chef Fernando and I always go to Mariscos El Submarino in Jackson Heights anytime we have a crave for their aguachile negro. Going to the place is already an experience: When you cross the door, you get transported to a typical marisqueria in Mexico. Amy, the co-owner, is so sweet and always greets you with a smile.
