Some of my personal favourites were the A5 wagyu kalbi short ribs which had the most insane marbling on it and the meat just melted in my mouth! … We also really enjoyed the A5 wagyu striploin which was served in a sukiyaki style and the truffle and egg dipping sauce really helped bring everything together!
