Nakhlat Jumeira · Dubai
Trèsind Studio is chef Himanshu Saini's tasting-menu room at St Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, cooking modern Indian for 20 guests a seating — the current menu is called Rising India. In 2025 it became the first Indian restaurant anywhere to hold three MICHELIN stars, and it sits at No. 3 on MENA's 50 Best Restaurants 2026. The reason it is here, though, is simpler: three other Dubai chefs named it when they were asked where they eat.

We love chef Himanshu – he’s one of my closest chef friends in Dubai. I love his approach and the way he cooks, the way he flavours.
