Canadian-born and Hong Kong-based, she has cooked on Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown and MasterChef Asia. These are the places she names on her own time: congee in Mong Kok, wok hei on Portland Street, a burger in Central.
It continues to be one of my favourite Chinese restaurants.
