Singburi is the Thai restaurant the Kularbwong family ran out of a former Leytonstone fish-and-chip shop from 1999, and reopened in Shoreditch in June 2025 with chef Sirichai Kularbwong now cooking alongside Nick Molyviatis, formerly head chef at Kiln. Its stir-fried clams were chosen for the New York Times' list of the 25 dishes that define London. Thirteen chefs, cooks and restaurant owners have now named it — several of them as the table they still cannot get.
