Keng Eng Kee Seafood is a family-run zi char restaurant at Alexandra Village in Bukit Merah, Singapore, run by the Liew family for three generations and known for its Moonlight Hor Fun, a wok-fried rice noodle dish finished with a raw egg yolk. Eight chefs name it, five of them for that one dish. Among them is LG Han of the Michelin-starred Labyrinth, who told the Michelin Guide he has been going every month or two with chef friends and overseas visitors.
