Michelin 3-star · Downtown Core · Singapore
Odette is Julien Royer's three-Michelin-star French restaurant inside the National Gallery Singapore, on St Andrew's Road. The four people naming it here have no stake in it: Burnt Ends' Dave Pynt, Seroja's chef-owner Kevin Wong, the bartender Uno Jang, and Daniel Boulud, who brought his own team of chefs to eat there and told the Michelin Guide about it afterwards.

Julien Royer is a really good friend of mine, and yesterday, I ate at his 3-Star restaurant, Odette, with my team of chefs. I wanted them to experience the restaurant and spend some time with Julien.
