Zor Tan is the chef-owner of Born, his fine-dining restaurant in Singapore, and a former co-executive chef of André Chiang's RAW in Taipei. Back in the city on a family holiday in 2023, he told The Peak where he eats: tasting menus at Taïrroir and MUME, an old friend's T+T, and home-style Taiwanese cooking at Mother's Kitchen in Shilin.
The home-style restaurant serves traditional, authentic Taiwanese food and has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for four consecutive years since 2019.
