5 Hong Kong chefs recommend Yat Lok Restaurant

Michelin 1-star · Central · Hong Kong

Yat Lok is a no-frills, family-run Cantonese roast-goose shop on Stanley Street in Central. The family has been roasting since 1957 and the Michelin Guide has given the Central shop a star every year since 2015; the order is a quarter goose over rice or lai fun in clear broth. The five chefs naming it here run kitchens in Menton, Tokyo, Bangkok and Hong Kong — two of them with three stars.

If you go around like 3:30 or 4, after lunch service, easy to go — don't need to wait, no need to reserve.
