Lunch at the recently opened @ippudolondon in Islington was really good! … popped in for a late lunch and tried their ‘Akamaru Modern’ which is a Tonkotsu pork ramen with umami paste & black garlic oil. It was delicious, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth had so much flavour!
