Just had the newly launched lunch menu at the One MICHELIN-starred Ningbo and Jiangnan cuisine restaurant, Yong Fu. Strongly recommend the braised cuttlefish, marinated shrimp, and Tong Yuen. The biggest surprise was the seaweed rice cake—crispy on the outside with a perfectly chewy texture.
