Michelin 1-star · Wan Chai · Hong Kong
Seventh Son is a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant on the third floor of the Wharney Hotel in Wan Chai, opened by Chui Wai-kwan, the seventh son of Fook Lam Moon founder Chui Fook-chuen, after some five decades in that family's kitchen. The menu carries the Fook Lam Moon classics, suckling pig among them. The six people naming it here all run restaurants of their own, from Ta Vie in Central to Odette in Singapore, and three of them go for the dim sum.

I think it makes the best dim sum. It also makes the town’s best suckling pig.
