What should you order at Big JJ Seafood Hotpot? The dishes the people who recommend it mention: hotpot, fried tofu skin.
Big JJ opened in 2020 down a dead-end lane off Lan Kwai Fong and has since moved into the basement of Landmark Prince’s, where it runs as a cheap canteen for breakfast and lunch and turns into a live-seafood hotpot restaurant at night, with a bar from local whisky bottler Club Qing tucked inside. Four people who run bars and bakeries of their own in Hong Kong have put it on their lists — none of them has a stake in it.

For dinner, it has to be hotpot. Big JJ Seafood Hotpot (Basement, Landmark Prince’s) is my top choice, thanks to its fresh ingredients, great atmosphere and excellent wine selection.

Fun, loud and delicious — just like Hong Kong.

The reason why I like it is because it's a restaurant made by Hong Kong people for Hong Kong people.

Very solid playlist. It's very on-brand. And they take requests as well.

It’s fun, loud and delicious. I’m not a hotpot master like my team members, so I always let them order. But we must get the fried tofu skin.
