Every arrondissement in Paris has its own character, but I recently stumbled upon Le Bon Georges, which feels like a neighborhood secret. The dim lighting, the intimate setting—it's as if time has stopped here. Their wine list is exceptional, with lots of Loire Valley wines, to which I’ve always been partial.

I absolutely love Le Bon Georges. It is the type of experience that I expect when I go out to eat: excellent food, wine, and service in a lively, fun place. There's no set menu; the dishes reflect the fresh produce sourced from the markets that day, and you can order à la carte. I typically order the tartare de boeuf (steak tartare), a simple, classic dish.
