I went to Labombe by Trivet, which was fantastic, and I’ve been to Legado which was also really good over in Shoreditch – both of which have won a Star this year. And also one of the most exciting restaurants I’ve been to in the last year, even though it’s not that new, is Dorian. I just thought it was fantastic.

When I went, we had lots of sharing plates – crab rice, bacalao salt cod, suckling pig, red pepper with lardo. Everything was delicious.
