The stir-fried rice noodles with beef. Really good. The best plate of rice is also there — curry pork chop rice, the pork chop is so tender, out of this world.
This was our backup because they ran out of 乾炒牛河 🥹 I think the curry base here is the same, but because it is mixed in with the beef brisket, the sauce has a meaty/beefy flavour to it.
