Of course, it would revolve around incredible food: we’d start at Borough Market, followed by a walk along the Thames. We’d swing by for a pint in The Devonshire, have lunch at Dorian and then have dinner at CORE by Clare Smyth.

That’s a hard one, I would probably say Paul Ainsworth at No.6 [in Padstow] – what a gem! Claude Bosi at Bibendum is stunning and I don’t think you could have a top three without Core by Clare Smyth.
For me, Core is one of the best restaurants in the country – or the world. Clare is a phenomenal chef. Her precision and quality of cooking and the team she’s built around her means she’s recognised globally, and rightly so. It’s a very, very special place. I went there with my friend Jonny Lake, who just won two Michelin stars himself, and we ate a brilliant carrot dish with lamb and this amazing new potato side with a caviar butter sauce.
